Mikaline Srl is a management consulting firm that designs Customer Experience Management models and provides Market Research services.

Founded in 2012, Mikaline Srl has developed extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors. It offers research campaigns’ management and tracking of client’s experience through a cloud-based CRM platform, which is adaptable to specific observation and analysis needs. The system provides real-time updates on interview progress and on predefined measurement indicators.
