TI&SI is a company founded in 2004 from the meeting of Information and Communication Technology engineers and experts in quantitative and qualitative research.

It provides a wide range of solutions for conducting interviews using CATI, MAPI, and CAWI technologies.

The company’s flagship offering lies in its tailor-made solutions, designed to meet specific needs with an exclusive level of customization and high professionalism — a distinctive feature made possible by the synergy between TI&SI’s two business divisions, which operate in the market to deliver the best integrated solution between:

  • IT and statistical CED, composed of in-house resources working in close collaboration with the Department of Economics and Statistics and the Department of Computer Science at the University of Calabria. In addition to processing statistical data using proprietary software and/or widely adopted tools (such as SPSS and SAS), this division is actively engaged in research with the aforementioned UniCal departments on projects involving computer simulation of statistical surveys, using parallel computing systems, neural networks, and predictive mathematical models for cluster analysis.
  • Field division dedicated to the administration of exploratory questionnaires for qualitative and quantitative research, as well as data entry for complex, high value-added services (Mystery Client, Mystery Calling, Legislative Database Management, Sentiment Analysis Support).

TI&SI has chosen to certify the quality of its processes according to the EN ISO 9001 standard, in order to maximize the effectiveness of its operational procedures. These procedures are continuously refined based on experiential learning, monitored through ongoing step-by-step feedback and reviews. The result is the systematic dissemination of corporate know-how, documented throughout its evolution and guided by precise performance measurement.

The quality management system is enhanced by a human resources management system with a strong focus on social responsibility.

TI&SI was, in fact, the first company in Calabria—and the first contact center in Italy—to obtain and consistently maintain the SA8000 certification for Ethical Labor and Social Responsibility towards its employees.
