La storia e i valori
Sita was founded in 1983 by a group of researchers in a joint venture with Nielsen Italy.
The partnership with the multinational continued until 2005, when AC Nielsen decided to exit the ad hoc research sector and Sita Ricerca was acquired by the institute’s founders.
The company’s first work tool was the textile panel, the only one of its kind in Italy — and still active today. Over time, by applying innovative methodologies derived from modern marketing, Sita developed several research divisions with a strong consulting approach. Sita’s researchers position themselves as partners rather than mere service providers for the client, embracing a “handmade” working style focused first and foremost on quality and customization.
In 2022, Sita Ricerca became part of Pambianco.
