Pharmagrin is a field service provider specialized in the pharmaceutical sector, working with leading national and international research institutes. The company relies on 2 senior researchers, 60 telephone stations, and managed around 250 projects in 2018 alone. The company conducts both telephone interviews and CATI-CAWI surveys, adhering strictly to quality standards. It reinvests 5% of its annual revenue into research and development, and launched Skill Pass, the first national project aimed at professionalizing interviewers. This initiative leads to greater interviewer motivation and enhanced quality.

Through its subsidiary Moby Dick, it handles the management and distribution of incentives for doctors (multi-brand electronic vouchers, food and wine products, Amazon, mobile top-ups, Mediaworld, Coin card, Ryanair, Mondadori, etc.). It has also launched Doctor Club, a loyalty program based on point collection, reserved for Italian doctors and pharmacists. The service for Institutes can be comprehensive; it includes scripting, fieldwork, coding, data processing, ppt, incentives etc…

It also conducts patient interviews through various tools and carries out recruitments for the qualitative research sector.
