IZI S.p.A. – Methods, Analysis and Economic Evaluations, founded in 1984, was established as a company specializing in the economic and financial evaluation of large-scale production and infrastructure projects, as well as complex public investment programs co-financed by the European Union through Structural and Investment Funds (ESI Funds). IZI has also dedicated a specific division to methodological and applied studies, as well as social research. In 2020, IZI Lab was launched to initiate an experimental path aimed at exploring the potential of digital technologies in statistical research.

Organizational structure
IZI relies on a solid and innovative working framework, a multidisciplinary team of experts, and the use of highly advanced methodologies and technical tools, also thanks to the development of new IT models for interpretation, simulation, and forecasting in economic and financial analysis. The organization is made up of 40 staff members, supported by a network of over 200 collaborators. Working with IZI are economists and statisticians, architects, environmental engineers, transport engineers, legal experts in participatory planning and negotiated programming, specialists in community legislations, IT professionals, GIS system experts, communication specialists, business facilitators, and experts in local development, active labor policies, safety etc .The company operates in accordance with the ESOMAR codes of conduct and is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified for the provision of technical assistance services, economic, financial, and procedural evaluations; administrative, financial, and technical monitoring and auditing of projects and investment programs; feasibility studies and other methodological and applied studies in the economic and social sectors; market analysis, quantitative and qualitative sample surveys, and opinion polling.

The Company has at its disposal:
- A well-established network of over 250 C.A.P.I. interviewers equipped with the necessary devices (expandable to over 1,000), distributed throughout the entire national territory, more than 400 operators dedicated to Mystery Client activities;
- A team of interviewers specialized in Mystery Client surveys and Customer Satisfaction interviews;
- A C.A.T.I. center with 60 telephone lines at the main office, and another center with over 400 workstations at a secondary location
