Format Research was founded in 1992. It is a market research institute based in Rome and Pordenone. It conducts opinion polls, studies, and research in Italy and abroad to support business development projects and protect investments. It specializes in B2B and operates through tailor-made projects as well as multiclient surveys.

Format Research is led by Pierluigi Ascani, who founded it in1992. The staff is made up of permanent employees: senior and junior researchers, field coordination staff, analysts specialized in the management of IT platforms for data collection and control, communication experts, management control staff. The work teams are often supported by interns and trainees from the university world.

We work for Format Research has worked, as it does, for large banks and insurance companies, industrial, commercial and service companies, trade associations of entrepreneurs and workers, local and central public administration bodies and agencies.

Format Research produces studies and research using the interview method. It carries out quantitative and qualitative investigations using a multidisciplinary approach in the analysis of phenomena.
