Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Industrial Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, with a thesis on long-term planning. High school diploma from Liceo-Ginnasio ‘E. Cairoli’ in Varese.
I joined the Andersen Organization in 1995, where I developed my professional career and was promoted to Manager in 2001. I worked within the Strategy & Operation Service Line, gaining significant experience with leading private and public clients—both national and international—in the following areas: Business Organization, Process Analysis, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Legislative Decree 231/2001, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Quality Management/ISO 9000, Financial Auditing, Project Management, and Education. I also served as a Quality Champion in internal ISO 9000/Vision 2000 certification projects.
Since April 2005, I have been working as an independent consultant, leading management consulting projects in the following areas: Management Assistance, Strategy and Planning (Business Plans), Corporate Governance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Legislative Decree 231/2001), Quality Management/ISO 9000, Business Organization and Process Re-engineering, CRM, Document Management, and Data Privacy. I also collaborate with multinational consulting firms and prestigious professional practices
During my time at Andersen, I supported several market research institutes—more than 10—in obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Since 2005, I have been working regularly with DOXA, and later also with Doxa Pharma, as Quality Manager. Since 2018, I have been serving as DPO for both DOXA and Doxa Pharma.
