Finer is the first Italian think tank that combines market research in the financial and economic fields with a special focus on the humanities, human capital, and strong ties to the academic world.

Finer has two offices, in Milan and London. It was born from the vision of Nicola Ronchetti who, with a passionate eye on the financial, banking, and insurance sectors, recognized the potential of an innovative approach that brings together economics and culture, money and history, today’s key players in high finance and the great minds of economic thought.

Finer possesses a unique knowledge base, built on the know-how accumulated by Nicola Ronchetti over more than twenty-five years of activity, beginning with the first research conducted on the world of financial advisors (then known as financial promoters). This expertise has been further enriched by the other founding partners, who together bring over 100 years of combined experience (in the academical, entrepreneurship, and finance sectors respectively).

Finer counts on a team of 10 senior professionals with over a decade of experience in data collection, supervision and quality control of interviews, data processing, and administration. Additionally, more than 30 interviewers with proven expertise in the financial sector collaborate with the organization.

Numbers are the basis of everything as are money and finance; but they would be useless without specific applications in real economy and a contextual analysis of the cultural history of financial economy.
