FFIND is an independent company specializing in global-scale data collection, with extensive multi-industry experience and leadership in public opinion research.

We provide CATI and CAWI fieldwork, with offices in Frankfurt (Germany), Palermo (Italy), and London (United Kingdom). At FFIND, we leverage our global network of native-speaking interviewers through CATI@home. Our interviewers conduct over one million multi-industry interviews worldwide every year in more than 35 different languages.

We further enhance these methodologies with our innovative approach to Social Media Recruitment, using social platforms to recruit respondents for both B2C and B2B studies, even when the incidence rate is very low. Additionally, we are pioneers in XR (Extended Reality) interviews with Rexee, our cutting-edge tool that uses XR to create highly engaging and interactive research experiences, immersing respondents in real-life decision-making contexts.
