It has a team of resources (research directors, researchers and statisticians) from historical companies, with consolidated experience in carrying out market research and the ability to operate with scientific accuracy in the management of complex sample surveys, with different data collection methods (CAPI, CATI, CAWI).

It has consolidated relationships with public and private organizations, medium and large, in Italy and abroad, in the energy, transport and mobility, Telco, healthcare and social security, labor market, social research, automotive, tobacco and mass consumption sectors.

Thanks to the synergy with the group companies, CSA is able to develop innovative tools with digital content to support market research (apps, dashboards, chatbots, etc.).

It manages Telepanel, a proprietary panel of 2,000 families, with a sample of over 4,000 respondents, representative of the Italian population, designed in 1979 by Nielsen and updated over time.

CSA has a quality management system certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and is associated with MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association). The research team is a member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research).
